These terms cover your use of this website and the NearlyNative early-access waitlist. NearlyNative is an early-stage product testing whether short audio drills help adults sharpen their spoken English. The product is not yet available; this site only lets you try a demo and ask to be told when it launches. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

The early-access waitlist

  • Joining the waitlist means we will email you once, when NearlyNative launches. Nothing more, unless you opt in to product updates.
  • Any prices shown (for example €6.99 / month) are the intended launch pricing for an early-access audience. They are indicative, not an offer or a contract, and may change before launch. Joining the list does not charge you anything and does not commit you to buy.
  • We may close, change, or withdraw the waitlist or the planned product at any time.

Acceptable use

Please use the site only for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, and don't misuse the demo or the forms.

Intellectual property

The NearlyNative name, the site design, the copy, and the demo audio are owned by Conceptlab Ltd. You may view and share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse its content without permission.

The demo and content

The drill demo is illustrative of the product idea and is provided "as is," for evaluation only. It may change or be removed at any time.

Your data

How we handle your data — anonymous analytics, the waitlist email, and consent-gated ad measurement — is described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

The site and demo are provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Conceptlab Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this early-access site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and the courts of Sofia have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
